Your next role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our US Civil Infrastructure Team. You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of sustainable engineering solutions while developing your technical and professional skills.

Your key duties: To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Technical Contribution: Under guidance, assist in the design and analysis of infrastructure projects, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges.
- Project Support: Support planning and coordination tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of drawings, reports, and models.
- Learning & Development: Take ownership of your growth by engaging in learning and development activities, seeking feedback, and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members across disciplines.
- Client Awareness: Develop an understanding of client needs and contribute to presentations and reports with clarity and professionalism.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is reviewed before issue and complies with internal quality standards.
- Innovation & Technology: Explore new tools and technologies to understand their application in project delivery.
- Sustainability Focus: Support the integration of sustainable practices into designs, aligned with our environmental commitments.
- Advisory Exposure: Gain insight into how engineering informs broader planning and policy decisions through research and analysis support.
Your skills and experience
This role will require the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
- Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience. Internship or co-op experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS. Willingness to learn new tools and methods.
- Foundational Knowledge: Basic understanding of grading, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic principles.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Professional Drive: Enthusiasm for learning, openness to feedback, and commitment to personal development.
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.
What we offer:
- Salary range of $77,000 to $80,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
